Park Square Capital, LLP is a leading independent provider of credit products in Europe, managing and advising more than €2.5 billion of capital across its funds and co-investments.

Park Square was established in late 2004 with the goal of creating an independent investment platform that through patient fund structures and superior credit analysis could take a long-term perspective when making credit investments and deliver superior returns on a risk-adjusted basis.

The 2004 Mezzanine Fund focuses on mezzanine investments, primarily in European leveraged transactions and formally commenced its investment activity in January 2005.

In May 2007, Park Square established the Credit Opportunities Fund which pursues a leveraged investment strategy that is complementary to the Mezzanine Fund, and seeks to build a diversified portfolio of investments in senior, second lien and mezzanine debt, with a significant weighting toward senior debt securities.

In December 2009, Park Square held the initial closing for the 2009 Mezzanine Fund, which focuses on mezzanine investments primarily in European leveraged transactions.
