Park Square Capital Partners, LP (“Park Square Capital I”) was established in late 2004 with €1.05 billion in commitments from leading institutional investors.

Park Square Capital I aimed to provide its investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in mezzanine securities which rank between bank debt and equity in leveraged transactions. The fund supported leading private equity firms, corporations and arranging banks with customised financing solutions.

The fund’s patient fund structure and relationship approach allowed us to take a long term view on mezzanine investing.
