Park Square Capital II looks to invest in mezzanine securities which rank between bank debt and equity in leveraged transactions. The fund supports leading private equity firms, corporations and arranging banks with customised financing solutions.

Park Square’s scale as a leading non-bank credit provider and significant underwriting capacity positions it at the larger end of the mezzanine market.
