Park Square Capital Partners II, LP (the “2009 Mezzanine Fund”) held its initial closing in December 2009.

The 2009 Mezzanine Fund looks to invest in mezzanine securities which rank between bank debt and equity in leveraged transactions. The fund supports leading private equity firms, corporations and arranging banks with customised financing solutions.

The fund’s patient fund structure and relationship approach allows us to take a long term view on mezzanine investing. With the support of its investors, Park Square can provide financial sponsors certainty of execution for even the largest leveraged transactions.
