John is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. John is also a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where he specialises in consumer products and transformation practices.

John has more than 20 years of management consulting experience and has worked with numerous consumer products management teams to deliver corporate transformations.

John gained an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s from Amherst College.

Charlie is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. Charlie has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, he currently holds several senior advisor positions.

Previously, Charlie was the Managing Partner, Head of Investor Relations for BC Partners, he also spent 22 years at Goldman Sachs where he ultimately held the role of Chairman, European Financial Sponsors Group.

Charlie holds an MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University and a bachelor’s in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Harvard University.

Stacey is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. Stacey is also the CEO of Wolters Kluwer Health Division, a leading provider of information, software and integrated workflow solutions for Health professionals worldwide.

Stacey holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.

David is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. Previously David was a Partner at Park Square Capital and prior to that Head of International Equity Capital Markets at BNP Paribas.

David holds a bachelor’s degree from University College London and an MBA from Leeds University.

Ken is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. Ken is also Managing Director of Granite Ridge LLP, a strategic advisory and investment firm.

Previously, Ken held the positions of President of The Pritzker Organization, President of Cerberus European Capital Advisors, and was a Partner at Goldman Sachs. He served as Special Advisor to the Board of the Ford Motor Company, and is on the Board of Trustees of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Rush University Medical Center, and the Board of Governors of Rush University.

Brian is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Park Square Capital. Prior to this, Brian was a Founder Partner of Cinven where he led the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. Joining the firm in 1985 he retired from the Board at the end of 2018.

Bill joined Park Square Capital as a Senior Strategic Advisor in March 2024. He recently retired from Fried Frank where he served as a corporate transactional partner for 45 years.

Bill has a deep knowledge of private markets, having represented private equity portfolio companies and their sponsors on borrower side debt financings, as well as some of the largest private debt funds on their senior credit, unitranche, mezzanine debt and junior debt and preferred equity investments employing a buy and hold strategy.

Bill received his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and his BA, magna cum laude, from Amherst College.

We are fortunate to count Shilen as an advisor and friend to Park Square Capital. He is a successful entrepreneur with a range of international business interests in property, technology and hospitality.

He came to our attention as CEO of household brand Tilda which he successfully sold to Hain Celestial Group in a debt leveraged buyout.
