We invest in primary senior secured loans and secondary investments in performing loans for large businesses.

We take sole and lead lender positions in European mid-market businesses, focusing on senior, stretched senior and unitranche.
How we support private equity firms to secure the right terms.
We listen carefully to private equity sponsors to understand their financing requirements and know our market well, through almost 20 years of investing. An example includes financing Park Square provided to fund the acquisition of a leading ERP software business by a tier 1 European private equity sponsor. The sponsor’s rigorous due diligence was complemented by our own research and, informed by previous and existing investments in the sector, enabled us to offer a bilateral financing solution with high conviction in a very short timeframe. We were delighted to be partners in the successful acquisition, and deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our investors, in a defensive business within a resilient sector. Over the years to come, the business required further capital to grow, which we were more than happy to provide.
