Park Square Capital expands senior debt offering with launch of European CLO platform

12 February 2026, London— Park Square Capital (“Park Square”), a leading independent credit investor, today announces that it is launching a European CLO senior debt strategy to complement its existing large-sized senior debt platform, Credit Partners, and to broaden and diversify the firm’s product offering.

The CLO platform will be co-led by Wlod Wator and Ryan McGahon. Wlod is a Principal in Park Square’s London Investment Team and has been with the firm for 15 years. Ryan joins Park Square from BlackRock, where he was Lead Portfolio Manager for BlackRock’s European CLO platform, bringing 11 years of experience. Wlod and Ryan will report into Matthias Alt, Partner and Head of Credit Partners.

The CLO strategy is a natural extension of Park Square’s existing large sized senior debt business which has invested more than €10bn in European broadly syndicated loans since its inception in 2007.

Park Square is a leading private credit investor, with over $33bn invested since inception and $19bn in assets under management. The CLO business will leverage the firm’s long-standing relationships with leading private equity sponsors and banks to support consistent primary market access and attractive loan allocations.

Alongside third-party investors, Park Square will commit its own balance sheet capital to fund the equity in a number of new CLOs and to meet risk retention requirements.
