Luke Varley

Luke Varley is the General Counsel of Park Square Capital, LLP.

Prior to joining Park Square in 2020, Luke was a lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis in London and New York. Luke started his career in law in 2014 at Skadden Arps in New York. He holds a BCL from the University of Oxford, an LLB from City University, and a BSc in Psychology from Aston University. Luke completed his BPTC at City Law School, and he is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and as an attorney of the New York bar.
